Hello, my name is Thomas Luby, CEO and founder of Profit Builders International (PBI), an internationally recognized business and management consulting firm with over 25 years of experience in helping small to mid-size companies reach their success potential. My purpose for compiling these in-depth business management and control systems is to give to small and mid size companies all of the competitive advantages that the major companies have without the major expense of hiring professional business consultants. With the implementation of the information contained in these programs, any company can reach their optimum financial potential.
PBI and I have designed this business support system exclusively for contractors, manufacturers and fabricators. My mission was to develop a method by which I could offer ALL fencing contractors and fabricators, regardless of size and financial resources, the ability to grow and prosper, attain corporate and personal success and achieve financial security at a very minimal cost. For that reason more than five years ago I began my quest to accomplish that specific goal and finally achieve the Mission Statement of PBI:

Just as you go for a check up to the doctor, your company needs to be examined from time to time to ensure it is running smoothly and with maximum operating efficiencies.
Profit Builders International conducts detailed business surveys and analysis, just as a doctor would examine a patient to determine their condition. As the first step for every prospective client, our preliminary survey not only confirms for both you and us that your business has areas that will benefit from our consulting, but it also outlines every potential problem area within your company.
Our business Analyst, selected for each client by a council of our most experienced executives, works at your facilities full-time until the survey is completed, usually two or three days. Our Analysts dig deep into your operations, managements systems, marketing and sales processes, profit and expense controls and every other aspect of your organization to determine exactly how well your company is running and at what levels of operational efficiencies.
All aspects of the review are then discussed with each client. The survey is complete only when you, the Analyst and our PBI Executive Council are satisfied that all areas have been explored and all problems completely defined. At that point, all problems and our recommendations for their correction are discussed, allowing prospective clients to make an informed decision whether or not to hire our consultant services.
In the Two to Three day Business Analysis you will receive:
